31 days to Halloween

l'étrange noël de mr jack - This is Halloween

Depuis plusieurs jours déjà,

j'étais concentrée sur la réalisation de la réplique

de l'horloge / compte à rebours

tirée du film "L'Etrange Noël de Mr Jack"

dont on fête les 20 ans cette année ....et oui ! déjà !!

Voici ce que j'ai réussi à faire avec mes petites mains (pas si petites d'ailleurs !)

J'ai créé le bas de l'horloge dans un ancien emballage de chemise

(carton assez rigide)

qui m'a été donné par Sonia, une amie

Je l'ai peint en noir et patiné à la cire argent

Les faux rivets sont des clous de tapissier teintés à la cire argent également

Et le décompte est réalisé dans un rouleau cartonné de récup découpé,

puis les chiffres sont peints à la main sur le rouleau

L'écriture centrale a juste été imprimée sur un papier imitation bois

(donné aussi par Sonia)

Me voilà prête pour le décompte !!

For several days already,

I was concentrated on the realization of the replica

Of the clock / countdown

of the movie "Nightmare Before Christmas"

Of which we celebrate 20 years this year .........and yes! Already!!

This is what I managed to make with my small hands (not so small moreover!)

I created the bottom of the clock in a former packaging of shirt ( rather stiff cardboard(box))

Which was given to me by Sonia, a friend

I painted it in black and skated in the wax money(silver)

The false rivets are upholstery tacks tinged in the wax money(silver) also

And the discount is realized in a roller bound by recycling cut,

Then figures are hand-painted on the roller

The central writing was just printed on a paper imitation wood (given also by Sonia)
